As you may or may not be aware, Eclipse Recruitment Manager is now under new ownership. We are happy to say that key personnel from RSS have been retained for your peace of mind, and continuity of service.
During the acquisition process, competing suppliers tried to obtain the software assets, with a view to retiring the eclipse range from the market in favour of their own products. This would have meant you having to use other products at additional time and cost to yourself.
Ultimately we believe the software would have been deactivated leaving existing clients exposed to unnecessary risk.
The new owners of the business do not compete in this space and are focussed solely on promoting and developing the Eclipse range. Supporting the software will remain at the heart of our service offering.
The business now offering the Eclipse product range is a newly formed company called Eclipse Software Ltd. The company has acquired the assets from RSS, and is better placed to offer a superior service as it has the financial backing of a large London based software business providing development and support services to a global blue-chip client base. We will continue to operate a Manchester head office, and will be opening new London offices in the near future.
Together with the original founders, and creator of Eclipse Recruitment Manager, Eclipse Software Ltd is able to bring the latest tools and web technologies to both support and develop the software, you use on a daily basis. We are excited by the opportunities and new lease of life for the Eclipse product range. Rest assured that we are already working hard to deliver the next generation of Eclipse products.
