Recruitment Software Solutions (RSS) are recognised for Eclipse, now in its 10th year, and both company and software have gone from strength to strength since entering the recruitment software market back in 2002.

Eclipse began its life back in 1998 as a bespoke application developed by Intellisoft UK Ltd, a web development and software house owned by two of RSS's current directors. Eclipse was originally developed for an executive search company in the North West of England but the project was such a success that Intellisoft teamed up with the owner of the agency to develop the product further and formed Recruitment Software Solutions Ltd in 2002.

Drawing on the combination of recruitment industry experience and Intellisoft's insight into web technologies and business areas outside of recruitment has allowed RSS to introduce innovations not previously considered on the market.

RSS have developed software with all the rich functionality of the other products on the market, but more importantly the software has been designed to be quick and easy to use.

Since entering the market in 2002, RSS have added further specialism to the board adding knowledge and experience of the temporary recruitment market and master vendor agreements enabling RSS and eclipse to become a robust and leading technology solution which has developed and continues to grow with the needs of all sectors of the industry, even picking up an award along the way.
