Search results are returned instantaneously ranked in order of suitability based on occurrence and position of the search terms within the CV. CVs can be opened with selected words highlighted within the CV text to enable understanding of context and identify the strong CVs quickly and efficiently. Unsuitable CVs can be discarded from the search there and then.
