Candidate and Vacancy Matching
Eclipse Recruitment Manager takes the time out of finding the right candidate for the job and vice versa.
Simply clicking a button from either a candidate, vacancy or client contact record immediately finds you the best match from the database. If there aren't enough matches, then don't despair. The matching facility has two levels of accuracy with a general match that allows more loosely fitting searches to bring more matches so that you can be confident that you will quickly find that perfect candidate or vacancy.
"you can be confident that you will quickly find that perfect candidate" The entire process is connected with the shortlisting features so that when you add a candidate or vacancy is added to the database, you can be sure that the candidates that you have already eliminated won't match again causing lots of unnecessary reading of the same CVs.
